Design & Refinements
Our design team prepares a detailed digital mockup of your championship belt. This proof shows:
- Plate layout and shape
- Logo placement

- Overall proportions
You will receive the design via email for review. Based on your feedback, we refine and adjust the artwork. We continue making revisions until the design is exactly how you want it.
Production & Craftsmanship
Once approved, your belt enters production.
At this stage:
- Zinc metal plates are cast and cut
- Plates are engraved and polished
- Gold or custom finishes are applied
- Genuine cowhide leather straps are cut and stitched
- Heavy-duty snap fasteners are installed
Each belt is assembled carefully to ensure proper plate alignment, clean finishing, and long-term durability.
Quality Check & Delivery
Before shipping, every belt goes through a final quality check to ensure:

Step 2 – Production Begins Immediately
Once your order and deposit are confirmed, production starts without delay. Because the design stage is skipped, this option significantly reduces the overall timeline. Our team prepares the molds and begins manufacturing your belt according to the selected specifications, ensuring accuracy and consistency in every detail.
Step 3 – Manufacturing & Professional Finishing
Your belt is produced using the same high-quality materials as our custom designs, including:

Step 4 – Quality Inspection & Secure Shipping
