Due to the customized nature of our products and fast production timelines, please review our policy carefully.
1. Custom Championship Belts
Custom belts are made according to approved design proofs and specifications.
Because production begins quickly (3–4 business days):
- Orders cannot be canceled once production starts.
- Deposits are non-refundable once production begins.
- Approved design errors (spelling, layout, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.
We strongly encourage reviewing final proofs carefully.
2. Pre-Made Belts
For non-custom designs:
- Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless defective.
Refunds are processed after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Manufacturing Defects
If there is a production defect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the issue.
We may offer repair, replacement, or a suitable resolution.
Minor handmade variations are not considered defects.
4. Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days.
- Provide photos of packaging and product.
We will assist in filing a courier claim.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Approved custom design mistakes
- Change of mind after production
- Courier delays
- Customs delays
- Incorrect shipping details provided by customer
